If you love food Sugar & Spice is a sight for sore eyes, we stock a veritable feast of goodies, The shop is packed full of quality delicacies from Britian, India, Thailand, Indonesia & Japan, we also stock a wide range of vegetarian, whole foods herbs and spices. We have a passion for food and enjoy sharing it with others, if you want to try something different, we will always be happy to give advice.

Cómpeta, although located halfway up a mountain in Spain, has a diverse and cosmopolitan population. We asked our customers which food they found difficult or expensive to find and which they missed the most. We have a very broad-based approach to our stock. If the product is good, we stock it. We stock over 700 food lines and have access to over 17,000 more, so if we haven’t got it we can probably get it. We continuously add more products to our selection. We stock a range of real ales, herbs & spices from arrowroot to vanilla pods and for those busy (or lazy) days, we also have frozen takeaway meals from different Thai, Indian & Chinese restaurants.

Fresh Meat – From our British Butcher, fresh beef topside joints, rump sirloin, rib eye & fillet steak, diced chuck steak, 100% beef quarter pounders. Fresh rack of lamb, diced lamb, minted leg steaks, boneless shoulder, Moroccan lamb burgers.
